1、IC Design and AI Application Master Program

IC design and manufacturing equipment is one of the most important industries in Taiwan. It is well known that the most internationally competitive industry at present in Taiwan is IC design and semiconductor manufacturing, home to world-class technology companies such as Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and MediaTek Inc. In recent years, the rapid advancement of the AI industry has led to an increasingly strong demand for hardware, thereby intensifying the need for high-end professionals. Huafan University has a foundation of over 20 years in the field of IC design and semiconductors, with a current focus on nurturing research talent in IC design. The university possesses VLSI laboratory for cultivating analog IC talent and digital circuit design laboratory for fostering digital IC talent. Whether analog or digital IC, there is an opportunity for students to send designed circuits to semiconductor factories in Taiwan for actual IC chip production, and validate the performance of the design circuit.
